IRD provides unbiased and objective advice, recommendations and proposals, covering all requirements from:
- Coordination with governing body to fully identify short and long term objectives.
- Based on these objectives, IRD identifies/coordinates/recommends the appropriate market study parameters.
- IRD takes the market study findings and integrates them into the short and long term financial goals for the Integrated Resort and Region.
- Based on the market study findings, IRD recommends/drafts key requirements of a gaming concession and associated legal framework, and then assist the government in legislating the conditions to provide the legal foundation for the development.
- As part of the concession planning process, IRD can coordinate the Master Planning process with Architects and Designers.
- Once the concession is implemented, IRD can draft/coordinate an RFP or direct search process to recruit developers/operators.
- Manage the RFP process.
